Melbourne’s Best Woman’s Training

Martial Mix has the most woman’s training you will find in Melbourne. It sounds cocky but its true, My name is Tina and I own Martial Mix with my wonderful husband Justin and the main reason i am confident with our training is because our girls are members for life and they stay with us for years and they all agree that the gym becomes the best part of their day.

Strength and Conditioning – Crossfit

Strength and Conditioning class like you would see in CrossFit where some seriously kick ass woman inspire me to hit the gym (luckily in my garage) and smash my pull up record. Drills are typically short—20 minutes or less—and intense, demanding all-out physical exertion. They combine movements such as sprinting, jumping rope, climbing rope, flipping tires, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises: equipment used includes barbells, dumbbells, gymnastics rings, pull ups, bars, kettlebells, medicine balls, and boxes for box jumps. These elements are mixed in numerous combinations to form prescribed “Workouts of the Day” or “WODs”.

Hour-long classes typically include a warm-up, a skill development segment, the high-intensity WOD, and a period of individual or group stretching. Performance on each WOD i can be scored and/or ranked to if you wish to encourage competition and to track individual progress. The reason why you will love our strength and conditioning class is because it is the ultimate tool to get you the body you have always wanted. couple it with our diet program Body Ripped and you be on track to feeling and looking the best you have ever been, we promise.
