Our strength and conditioning classes use a constantly-varied approach to training. With functional movements at medium ‘for some’ to maximum intensity (relative to the physical and psychological tolerances of the participant), Intensity is essential for results and is measurable as work/time. The more work you do in less time, the more intense the effort, leading to dramatic gains in fitness

Like you would see on the CrossFit Games, running a clock keeping your own scores and records it pushes the men and woman to get maximum output and results from this type of training. Coupled with our weight loss program we see radical results from our trainers and members.

While it challenges the world’s fittest, our Strength and conditioning program is designed for universal scalability, making it the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience age, size or sex we scale load and intensity to suit your experience and strength capability. We’ve used our same routines for our fighters and elderly individuals using a On-ramp process which we use to accustom your body to the weight and technique to prevent strain or injury and a burnout which plays havoc on your cortisol levels then consequent fat burning plateau and immune system.

Its a great class to try if you’re someone who gets bored of training or loves to sweat but can’t get the results you want from other forms of training. Another great reason is to do it in a group of people who are motivating and pushing each other rather than slugging it out on your own, which can really suck sometimes.
